Esthetician & Founder
Kelly Fritz began her journey in esthetics in 2000 in sunny San Diego, California. What started with a bad waxing experience in her early twenties quickly turned into a lifelong passion to provide better, more effective skincare and hair removal services. In 2001, she founded La Di Da Sugaring & Medical Spa, which grew into a beloved community favorite over two decades.
In 2021, Kelly made the heartfelt decision to sell her thriving business and move closer to family in Charlotte, North Carolina. With that new chapter came a fresh vision — Skin Guru & Co., a modern, elevated day spa dedicated to personalized skincare, self-care, and client results.
Now located in Charlotte’s Montford area, Skin Guru & Co. is more than just a skincare studio — it’s a collaborative wellness space. Alongside Kelly’s results-driven facials and skin treatments, the spa now houses hair services by expert stylists and will soon expand to offer massage therapy and nail services, creating a true full-service retreat under one roof.
Kelly specializes in treating acne, reversing sun damage, and addressing signs of aging, including fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and skin texture. With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with all skin types and tones — especially sun-damaged skin — she’s earned her reputation as a true skin guru.
At the core of everything Kelly does is a deep commitment to delivering results, building trust, and helping her clients feel confident in their skin.
Sharey / Inclusive Hair Studios
Hair Stylist
A professional hairstylist since 2015, Sharey brings a polished, elevated experience rooted in care, skill, and attention to detail. Through Inclusive Hair Studios, she is passionate about creating a welcoming space and working with all hair types and textures, focusing on healthy, beautiful results tailored to each individual client.
Her services include precision cuts, custom color, keratin treatments, extensions, and restorative deep conditioning and protein treatments — all designed to maintain the integrity of your hair while enhancing your natural beauty. She also offers wedding styling and feels truly honored to be part of life’s most special moments.
Committed to continued growth and professionalism, Sharey’s goal is for every client to leave her chair feeling confident, cared for, and empowered.

Since 2014, I’ve been helping clients feel beautiful inside and out—with a specialty in color and a strong focus on the health of the hair. My approach blends artistry with science, making sure every style not only looks amazing but also supports long-term hair wellness.
I believe great hair starts with great communication, which is why I always begin with an in-depth consultation. This allows me to understand your goals, your lifestyle, and your hair’s unique needs—so we can create something beautiful and sustainable together.
Whether it’s a transformative color, a fresh cut, or a restorative treatment, my goal is always the same: to deliver high-quality, intentional work in a space full of good energy.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me painting, knitting, baking sourdough, or tending my garden—always creating, always nurturing.

Spa Coordinator & Social Media Manager
As the first point of contact for Skin Guru & Co., Jael brings warmth, organization, and a passion for the beauty industry to every client experience. With a strong background in front desk administration and aesthetics office management, she ensures the spa runs smoothly from the moment you walk in (or DM us) to the time you leave glowing.
Jael began her career in the aesthetics world as a receptionist, where her natural eye for detail and people-first approach quickly made her a trusted team member. She soon expanded into social media coordination, blending creativity with communication to help connect clients with the services and results they’re looking for.
Now at Skin Guru & Co., Jael expertly manages both the front of house and the spa’s online presence — keeping the community informed, engaged, and excited about all things skin, self-care, and spa life.
